Flatley's fashion takes over Kingdom

Flatley Women’s Designer wear wowed the crowd with a new, stylish and original spring collection at Kingdom bar last week.

Flatley’s Designs, created by 25 year old Jennifer Sinnott, started three years ago when the doors to the shop on Bold Street opened in 2007.

The show on Thursday at the Harrington Street venue previewed garments in this season’s collection, showing off popular pastel colours and floral patterns.

Audiences were treated to baby doll style dresses, tulip cut frocks with an edge, and glamorous maxi dresses with waist and neck embellishments. All models looked nothing less than perfect, and the show was a huge success.

Model's hair was styled by Steven Hamill Catwalk Design whilst makeup was done by local make-up artist Peaches and Cream. All outfits were glazed with the popular Liverpool brand of jewellery Claudia Pink.

Spectators were granted access to the VIP section after the show, where they were able to get a closer look at all of the garments.

The young designer looks set to dress a lot of fabulous Liverpool lasses this season. What with ladies day coming up, the orders were mounting for Jennifer and her team.

After recent successes at last year's Liverpool Fashion Week, Flatley’s has been congratulated by fashion experts.

But even before fashion week, Flatley’s designs have been spotted in the line of contestants for 'Best Dressed' at ladies day. Many of those who took home the title of runner up in the competition were dressed in Flatley's glamour.
